The Android 11 error prevents users from viewing important parts of the screen

It’s been more than a month since Android 11 was released on September 8 and there are already a lot of complaints from users about apps that are supposed to go full screen, but aren’t capable. And even when these apps are in full-screen mode, the status bar and navigation bar disappear, just as they were supposed to. For example, some apps like Games and YouTube fill the entire screen with content when enabling full-screen mode. But, since the launch of Android 11, some Android users have discovered that these apps no longer fully fill their phone’s display.

As a result, game players, many of whom have their devices in landscape mode, are finding that some elements of the game are truncated by the status bar or navigation bar, making gameplay impossible. While Android 11 Beta was being released, Android users shared the issue with Google and others on the Google issue tracker site, Google has nothing to do with the information because it is allegedly unable to replicate the problem. But given that the issue has once again come to our attention, we would be surprised if Google did not take another look at this bug. Especially since last month, Google has acknowledged that the problem is not the developer feature but the product feature.

Some Android users who are experiencing the problem say that by closing and restarting the apps, they are able to fix the problem. If you are having this problem, you can give this solution a whirl. Letting you know that wiping your Android device won’t solve the problem, we can save you some time and excitement. Hopefully Google will release an update soon which will fix this bug.
