The AMD Raizen 95950X is the fastest single-threaded CPU in the passmark, blocking all Intel and AMD CPUs

Last week, we saw AMD’s Raizen 5 5600X passmark claim to top the single-threaded performance chart but that achievement has now been surpassed by the big daddy of the Raizen 5000 CPU lineup, the Raizen 95950X.

The AMD Raizen 95950X is now the fastest single-threaded CPU to passmark, pass and view all AMD / Intel chips

When we talked about the AMD Raizen 5 5600X last week, we mentioned that when tested in the same single-threaded performance test it would be easily surpassed by its larger Raizen 9 and Raizen 7 siblings. As it turned out to be true as AMD’s fastest and most powerful Zen3 CPU, the Raizen 95950X is now listed in the performance chart (via videocards), surprisingly larger than all previous AMD AMD and Intel CPUs (Raizen 3000). With display number. And Intel 10th General).

AMD Raizen 9 5950X 16 Core Zen3 Desktop CPU in Passmark Single-thread

AMD Raizen 95950X scored an impressive score of 3,693 points in the passmark single-threaded test which easily made it to the top of the charts. The score is 7% higher than the Raizen 5 5600X and 5950X is insanely 35% faster than its predecessor, the Raizen 93950X.

Unlike the Intel Core i9-10900K, which is clearly the only competition on its other side, the Raizen 95950X scored 16% which is a powerful impressive. Sure the AMD Raizen 59 5950X has a high price of $ 799 US but even then, the Core i9-10900K is very short in supply and so the stock available is priced at about US 549 US MSRP, and the chip can be found in various Over 800- $ 900 US at retail outlets. It’s heartening to see AMD now in command of a single-core performance benchmark, easily beating Intel by a huge double digit. No run to show how powerful AMD’s Zen 3 core architecture is and we can’t wait to see it in action on November 5th.

AMD Raizen 9 5950X 16 Core Zen 3 Desktop CPU in Passmark Multi-thread

Turning to multi-threaded numbers, the AMD Raizen 95950X has an impressive score of 45,564 points with its 16 cores and threads, an increase of 16% over its predecessor, the Raizen 93950X. At the same time, the chip is 10,000 and 20,000 points lower than the Raisen Threadripper 3960X and Raisin Threadripper 3970X.

This is to be expected as Zen 2 based threaddrippers come with more cores and threads but we can expect Zen3 based thread thrippers to easily beat their threaddripper, the 3000 predecessor with even more impressive output. We can also expect the first HEDD CPU to surpass the 100,000 point mark in the Zen3-based Threadrippers multi-thread performance tests.

AMD Raizen 9 5950X 16 Core Zen 3 Desktop CPU GeekBench 5 in 5.04 GHz

The latest entry from AMD’s Raizen 95950X “Zen3” desktop CPU was also found in GeekBench 5. TUM_APISAK. At this point, the chip was seen running at an average of 5.04 GHz clocks with the fastest core clock clocked up to 5038 MHz. Fully valid entry AMD Raizen 95950X scores 1700 points which is just insane for Zen 3 based CPU. The chip ran on ASUS ROG Cruiser VIII Formula motherboard with DDR4-3600 memory.

We have now seen several entries of the AMD Raizen 95950X in GeekBench 5, which averages an average single-core score of 1640 points and an average multi-core score of about 150,000 points. You can see the full list below:
