The 49ers made a series of moves Tuesday to establish their roster for the start of training camp.
The team announced that they quit seven players, placed five on the list physically unable to perform, and placed two others on the list of non-soccer related injuries. The last group includes wide receiver Deebo Samuel, who broke his foot while exercising in June. General manager John Lynch said Tuesday that the team believes the wide receiver “could well miss a few games” as a result of the injury.
