Tesla Inc (NASDAQ: TSLA) is a hot topic, with the cars desired by many, and the stock hit multiple times this time around. Now, one app wants to help Tesla owners meet exclusively with other like-minded, all-electric drivers.
Tesla owners looking for romance can sign up for early access to the new dating app tesladating.co, which advertises that you should see proof of Tesla ownership before using the service. The website does not share how Tesla ownership is confirmed, only that members must show proof.
“It became a big part of her identity,” Ajitpal Grewal, the Canadian e-commerce entrepreneur who developed the app, told The Wall Street Journal. “Suddenly it struck me: These people would be perfect for each other.”
Although a bit strange, Tesla fans seem pretty pious, so they might enjoy finding others who share the same obsession.
