Michigan ballots exceed machine capacity
On November 4, Election Night, four Michigan counties were unable to handle such a large number of votes because the number exceeded the processing capacity of the machine.
Ramsland’s testimony stated that it was “physically impossible” to count the votes in Michigan on November 4.
Before the voter turnout rate on the electoral roll reached around 83%, President Trump’s win rate at each polling place was generally between 55% and 60%. However, after the vote count ended at 2 a.m., the election was suddenly reversed and a series of impossible spikes appeared.
Four jurisdictions / cities in four counties (Wayne, Oakland, Macomb and Kent) in Michigan “reportedly processed a total of 380,000 votes in 2 hours 38 seconds, with 4 peaks.”
Based on Ramsland’s analysis of the existing voting machines at these locations, he determined that the maximum processing capacity of the voting machines during this period was only 95,000 votes. In other words, it is impossible for these four jurisdictions to process 380,000 tickets in a limited time, because this has exceeded the processing capacity of the machine three times.
After 380,000 votes minus the processing power of the voting machine, there are about 290,000 votes that are misleading and should be ignored.
