Giuliani: No electoral fraud was more than half this year
In speaking of President Trump’s challenge to key state election results, Giuliani focused on Michigan and Pennsylvania. Trump has filed lawsuits in these two states.
He said fraud in any past election was less than half this year.
Giuliani mentioned Dominion Voting Software, a voting machine production company, which occupies more than a third of the US voting machine market and operates in 28 states. The company hired the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, in 2019 (Nancy Pelosi), a former lobbying chief of staff.
Giuliani said the Trump campaign legal team obtained testimony from a Dominion staff member in the Michigan case. The staff member said 100,000 votes were cast at 4 a.m., all of which were votes for Biden, not a single vote for Trump.
Staff were told that these were used to “catch up with Trump” because Trump was too early.
Giuliani said that when the staff member sensed something was wrong and informed him, they told him it was none of their business.
Giuliani said there are three or four witnesses willing to corroborate this.
“That is not the complainant, but the registered witness,” he said.
As for the latest developments in Pennsylvania, because mail-in ballots that arrive later than Election Night can no longer be included in the total, Biden’s total votes in Pennsylvania will drop by approximately 800,000.
Giuliani said cases in these states may eventually go to the Supreme Court, but electing electors at the state legislative level and electing the president by then are also necessary processes.
He said he believed they would do the right thing.
Dominion voting machines were used in many parts of Michigan to shift votes from Trump to Biden
The chairman of the Michigan Republican Party said Dominion’s voting software was used in dozens of counties across the state and there were multiple failures.
The indictment issued by Trump’s campaign on Thursday questioned that on the morning of November 4, unofficial results released by election officials in County Antrim showed that Biden had more than 7,700 votes, 3,000 more than Trump.
But in 2016, 62% of County Antrim voters voted for Trump. And Antrim County uses Dominion’s election management system and voting machines (tabulating machines), which are commonly used in many Michigan counties, including Wayne County, which have been shown to malfunction. The software once counted 6,000 votes for Trump in Wayne County down to Biden.
According to a National Pulse report Thursday, public records from the Federal Election Commission (FEC) show that the majority of Dominion’s company employees are Democratic taxpayers; Among 96 political donations, nearly 96% of donations are Donated to Democratic candidates. #
