Republican Rep. Resenthaler told Newsmax TV late Tuesday that Secretary of State Pokwall certified the outcome of the Pennsylvania election as a “reckless” hasty trial, even before the election began.
On Tuesday, the Pennsylvania Secretary of State certified the results of the Pennsylvania presidential election and confirmed that Biden won. Resenthaler said: “I don’t think Secretary of State Pokwall (conduct) will surprise us. He even said Joe Biden won Pennsylvania before the (election) vote. I think no one would. He was surprised to check the election results.”
Resen Taller went on to say, but this is reckless, because the Trump campaign lawsuit is still ongoing.
“As an attorney, there are grounds for litigation,” he said.
Resenthaler told host Grant Stinchfield that the Trump campaign has proposed a constitutional case of “equal protection” that is worthy of litigation.
He continued: “Some counties (Pennsylvania) are controlled by Democrats, and counties controlled by Democrats allow voters to repair their votes.”
He was referring to errors on mailed ballots that could be corrected. “In a Republican (controlled) area, you can’t repair votes,” Resenthaler said.
Resentaler also reiterated the Trump campaign argument that the Pennsylvania court “unilaterally” changed the election law, but only the state legislature has this power.
The congressman insisted: “This is a clear violation of the Constitution of the United States.”
“Therefore, for these pending legal cases, these legal challenges prove that Biden’s victory may be too soon,” Resenthaler said.
The Trump campaign and state Republicans said a large number of voters have provided evidence showing that there is voter fraud in many states in the United States, and related lawsuits are ongoing. The Trump team’s litigation in Pennsylvania has entered the appeal stage and there are currently 9 cases pending.
Ohio Republican Party Senior Representative Jim Jordan supports Trump’s legal challenge to voter fraud. On November 15, he told Fox News: “Why in Pennsylvania, certain counties allow the repair of mailed ballots Other counties do not allow it; why some counties allow defective ballots, but some counties do not; why setting up temporary satellite offices in some counties to handle early voting, and some counties don’t allow it. You can imagine Democratic Party controlled counties allow it. “
Trump’s team filed a lawsuit in Pennsylvania Federal District Court in mid-November, alleging that the bills related to ballot mailing violate the Constitution and require Pennsylvania to delay the certification of election results. But court judge Matthew Brann dismissed the lawsuit on November 21.
The day after the lawsuit was dismissed, Trump’s team appealed to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. On November 23, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals approved the Trump team’s request for an “urgently expedited motion for review.”
