Miller said the Trump campaign team may present evidence in Congress that will be different from the information the team has presented to the court in recent weeks.
Miller told Newsmax: “Next week, we will have the opportunity to present these cases in front of the American people, all this evidence of fraud.”
Earlier this week, Representative Louie Gohmert of Texas filed a lawsuit against Vice President Pence to prevent him from certifying Biden’s election as president in Congress on January 6.
Miller said to the news limit that the “Electoral Counting Act” enacted in 1887 allowed the vice president (who also serves as president of the Senate) to preside over a joint session of Congress.
Then, Miller said at the edge of the news that he expected at least one senator and the House of Representatives to jointly challenge the electoral votes, thus allowing two hours of debate.
Miller said that if this happens, the Trump team will seek to present evidence of voter fraud or irregularities in the general election, including changes to the laws regarding mailed ballots in Wisconsin, bans on inspecting voting systems in Arizona, and Michigan, and On the night of November 3, staff at the State Farm Center in Atlanta, Georgia, chased away the Republican counters and removed the “ballot bag” from the table to count the votes in private.
Miller said, “These are the specific kinds of evidence that we want to show the American people on the national stage, and we don’t want local politicians to cover them up.”
Speaking of Wisconsin, Miller said: “Article 2 of the Constitution makes it very clear that only the state legislature can establish voting systems, rules and methods of implementation for each state. The evidence we have here is that there are more than were issued. twenty thousand ballots, but the application was not actually submitted. (These ballots) are ballots mailed. Wisconsin is very clear that applications must be submitted. “
Starting Wednesday (30), at least one senator (i.e. Josh Hawley) and several members of the House of Representatives will challenge electoral votes at the joint meeting of Congress on January 6.
