Less than 24 hours before the countdown to 2021, Tsai Ing-wen told people via Facebook today: “There are no public holidays in power, and until the last day of 2020, the Legislative Yuan is still working hard to hold meetings, and the administration is also actively promoting policies. “
Tsai Ing-wen pointed out that yesterday, the Legislative Yuan approved the three “net 2.0” methods through the third reading. The recently revised Equal Land Ownership Act, Landlords Act, and Real Estate Brokerage Management Regulations will help achieve the following residential justice goals:
● The actual price record is revealed to the house number and the house price information is more open and transparent.
● Real-time reporting of home transactions prior to sale to prevent improper bidding and false hot sales creation.
● The transaction price of pre-sale houses and existing houses, if the registration is not true, the fine will be increased!
● The presale house must be reported before the sale, if the finalized contract is violated, a fine will be issued immediately.
● Stop the chaos of Red Singles real estate speculation! Red orders (requests for appointments to buy a home) cannot be resold and violators receive a heavy fine.
● The inspection authority of the competent authority will be updated to strictly investigate exaggerated publicity, and the inspected person will not be able to evade, hinder or reject.
Tsai Ing-wen emphasized that both the construction of social housing and the promotion of registration 2.0 at a real price are issues of great concern to everyone. “I want to thank the administrative team led by Dean Su Zhenchang for their dedication to pushing the policy forward. I also want to thank the legislators from the ruling and opposition parties, especially the Democratic Progressive Party legislators who are actively reviewing the bill. Long live justice, let’s keep working hard together! “
