President Tsai Ing-wen delivered a video speech today (12) at the opening of the “Two Thousand AD Forum” International Conference. Former Czech President Václav Havel founded the Forum 2000 meeting in 1996 with the purpose of promoting democracy, safeguarding human rights and strengthening civil society.
