Powell alleged that, despite being a foreign company, Dominion operates as a shell company in the United States and is associated with George Soros.
Powell also said he did not know if federal investigators had charged someone with electoral crimes, but said he would not be surprised because he saw evidence that someone had taken criminal actions to mislead voters.
Powell said at a Trump campaign press conference on the 19th that American votes were sent abroad for calculation. The Dominion voting machine and Smartmatic vote counting software used in the United States were controlled by foreign interest groups and algorithms manipulated to change the results.
Powell specifically noted that the owners of Smartmatic include two Venezuelans who are connected to the regimes of the country’s dictator Hugo Chávez and Nicolás Maduro; and from Cuba, Venezuela and CCP “communist funds” are likely to be used to influence US elections.
