The command center stated that Case 735 was an Indonesian male in his 20s who came to Taiwan to work (as a crew member) on November 24, 2020. He had a negative nucleic acid test report within 3 days. before boarding, and went to the epidemic prevention hotel to stay home after entering the country. Quarantine, so far asymptomatic; after the expiration of the quarantine period on December 9, take a special car to other facilities for independent health management. On December 10, the company will manage self-financed inspections and today the diagnosis is confirmed (Ct 30 value). The health unit has listed a total of 6 contacts of the case, which due to due protection are classified as autonomous health management.
The command center noted that Case 736 was an Indonesian migrant worker in her 20s who arrived in Taiwan for work on November 28 and had a negative nucleic acid test report in the 3 days prior to shipment. She was asymptomatic at the time of entry. On December 4, he underwent a one-week post-entry inspection. It was negative, presented abdominal distention and symptoms of vomiting on December 10, and was taken before the expiration of the quarantine period on December 11. Today the diagnosis was confirmed (Ct value 27). Since the case was not in contact with others during the contagious period, no contacts were listed.
The command center stated that Case 737 was an Indonesian migrant worker in her 30s. He came to work in Taiwan on November 25. It tested negative in the local area on November 23, but did not attach a report upon entering the country. So far, he has no symptoms. On November 28 and December 8, the quarantine was negative twice at the centralized quarantine station. After the quarantine period expired on December 10, the broker organized the inspection on his own and the diagnosis was confirmed today (Ct 36 value). The health unit has initially included 9 contacts, of which 2 are listed for home isolation and 7 are listed for independent health management.
According to statistics from the command center, so far a total of 115,167 notifications related to new coronavirus pneumonia have been reported in the country (including 113,304 excluded cases), of which 736 cases were confirmed, 644 cases were imported from abroad, 55 local cases, 36 cases in the Dunmu fleet and 1 unknown case; One case (case 530) removed the empty number. Among the confirmed cases, 7 people died, 606 people were released from isolation, and 123 people were hospitalized in isolation.
