“Last night the president made a decision,” Giuliani told former White House strategist Bannon’s “War Room” program on Saturday.
“We will enter Plan B immediately and seamlessly, which means that all states will now file suit.” Giuliani said: “We are ready; they are another version of the lawsuit in the Supreme Court.”
Texas filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court earlier this week, charging four swing states with unconstitutional elections: Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin and Michigan. The Supreme Court dismissed the lawsuit later on Friday.
The Trump team will file lawsuits in these four states, Arizona and Nevada, and some have already filed lawsuits. These lawsuits will incorporate the allegations into the complaint filed by Texas.
“If the state is not eligible (in the Supreme Court), the president of the United States is certainly eligible. Of course, the electors of the states are also eligible. So these cases will start in these courts starting today.” Giuliani said. “Let’s see what excuses they can use to avoid having a hearing.”
Giuliani said the court has been using the so-called “eligibility” issue to avoid cases. “No one (judge) is willing to face the reality that this election is stolen.”
“What they did is really infuriating. Americans should have the right to hear these facts … they have been hiding these facts (from Americans),” he added.
Giuliani said: “There has not been a judicial decision that includes a hearing; they have not heard the testimony of a witness; they have not seen a videotape; They haven’t heard a recording, there are thousands of them.
“They didn’t even see the tape from Atlanta, Georgia. That was decisive. The video showed ongoing voter theft and the theft of 30,000 votes, which was enough to change the election.”
Dozens of election-related lawsuits brought by Trump and others have been rejected by the Supreme and local court. Some cases have been appealed and some lawsuits are still being resolved.
Surveillance video from the State Farm Stadium in Qiaozhou showed that the tellers were told that the ballot statistics job ended around 10:30 on election night. The video shows that after the tellers and the media left, a small number of staff members resumed counting votes for 2-3 hours without supervision.
Georgia officials said there was nothing unusual about the video and said the scrutineers “left on their own.”
Biden’s team did not respond to a request for comment.
