Trump’s legal team filed four major election lawsuits in Michigan. Giuliani does not mention any court order in the published files of these lawsuits. It is unclear what lawsuit originated from this order. Giuliani did not immediately respond to email from The Epoch Times in response to a request for clarification.
Giuliani said that in the presidential elections, Dominion will use voting machines to transfer votes. But Michigan state election officials and the Dominion Corporation disagree. The Michigan Secretary of State’s office stated that the ballot was transferred due to the human negligence of an Antrim County Clerk.
The accusation of abusing Dominion’s voting machine to manipulate ballots occupies an important place in the electoral process of former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell. Powell is not a member of President Trump’s legal team, but he is still committed to tracking down voter fraud. Currently, Dominion has denied all relevant allegations.
A judge’s order in Michigan is the first known case in which Trump’s team can collect evidence on a Dominion voting machine.
The Nevada judge had previously allowed Trump’s team to inspect a signature review machine made by another company. In that case, Trump’s legal team once criticized that although the judge approved the forensic review, the team declared their inspection to be nothing more than a “guided tour.”
The team said: “This is a digital election, and we are not allowed to do digital inspections. Today’s” inspections “are like trying to determine if a car’s brakes are not working properly without getting under the car.”
Michigan Republicans expressed concern Friday over a memo sent by Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson (Jocelyn Benson), saying the memo “is pushing for a large-scale deletion of election data.” However, a spokesperson for the Secretary of State later stated that this process was only routine.
Republicans said that in response to the voice of the election audit, Benson’s office told Michigan county employees to “remove the electronic voting book software and related documents.”
Giuliani testified before Michigan lawmakers Wednesday and told them they were the final arbiter of the election.
Giuliani said he is not asking lawmakers to hand over 16 state electoral votes (currently certified by Democratic presidential candidate Biden) to Trump. Rather, Giuliani said he hopes state lawmakers can investigate and review the evidence themselves.
Giuliani said on December 2: “You shouldn’t decide anything based on what I believe.” He added that the evidence presented at the hearing was “just a sample.”
“Through many tests, I will convince you that this election was stolen,” Giuliani said. “I would like to invite you to take a look.”
