Introduction to the Flynn case
In 2017, Flynn admitted to the FBI about dialogue with Russian Ambassador Sergei Kislyak in special counsel Robert Mueller’s “Tong Russia” investigation. The agent lied and was later sued by the Ministry of Justice.

United States Attorney General William Barr appointed the Supreme United States Attorney in St. Louis in February 2020 to retry the Flynn case.

But Federal Judge Sullivan did not immediately agree to dismiss the charges, instead asking outside legal experts to evaluate this unusual case.
Flynn’s attorneys filed an urgent motion to compel Judge Sullivan to comply with the US Department of Justice’s decision.
In August, Flynn’s attorneys took Sullivan to the appeals court.
Fox News legal and political analyst Gregg Jarrett said Nov. 24 that Federal Judge Sullivan was “obviously” trying to take the Flynn case to Biden.
As of November 25, Judge Sullivan continued to refuse to obey the Ministry of Justice order and refused to drop the charges against Flynn.
