In the past two years, the relationship between the CCP and the United States has deteriorated to the extreme. The two sides are in a tit-for-tat state and strong friction in many aspects, such as science and technology, trade, diplomacy, Hong Kong, and the Chinese Communist virus (Wuhan pneumonia, COVID-19). The military confrontation between the two sides in the South China Sea and the Taiwan Strait has reached unprecedented levels of tension.
The report quoted analysts as saying that Xi Jinping’s administration, under the advice of his group of experts, has been persevering in change. If Trump loses the election and Biden becomes the new president, the CCP will have a breather.

Another reason is that the CCP is cooperating with Biden’s needs in the United States. He said that in order to cater to public opinion in the United States, Biden wanted to create a harsh image against the CCP. If the CCP immediately issued a statement to support him, it would not benefit Biden, so the CCP is cooperating with him as well.
In early December 2013, when Biden visited Japan and China, he also took the initiative to cooperate with Xi Jinping.
On December 3, 2013, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe had dinner with visiting US Vice President Biden and held talks.
