This rumor arises when several other fast food chains have simplified their menus in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

In a statement to Fox News, a Taco Bell spokesperson simply said: “We are in the process of developing our menu to simplify operations and facilitate the experiences of our team members and customers. We will have more to share with you soon. ”
While this confirms that menu changes will be made, it is still unclear what exactly that entails.
