T-Mobile is updating its own mid-range REVVL line of phones with three new entries, including a $ 400 full-price 5G phone. All are available from September 4 at T-Mobile at a discount and for the first time at Metro at T-Mobile.

The carrier unveiled REVVL devices to ODMs last year, including Motorola. For this round, it appears that TCL has received the tender as evidenced by visible IMEI numbers displayed on the devices in the company’s unboxing video.

From what we could find, each of these devices has no direct analogue to other phones in the TCL family that includes the Alcatel brand. They share common dimensions in terms of chassis (which dictates screen size) and board design, but there is a lot of individual switching of components.

The REVVL 4, which costs $ 120 FRP, is marked as TCL 5007W. It’s not too different for the Alcatel A2X that TracFone’s Total Wireless sells for $ 80, except for the fact that the A2X has two rear cameras attached to one of the REVVL.

The REVVL 4+ costs $ 192. An IMEI check tells this phone to be a TCL 5062W. Phone Scoop first reported back in June on the phone that appears next to the TCL 10L in this Bluetooth Launch Studio list. In fact, they share many of the same great spec lines minus the cameras – four in the 10Ls back to two in the 4+’s.

Finally there is the REVVL 5G. We were not able to view the IMEI clean here, but you would not be surprised to learn that it is a very cousin of the TCL 10 5G. In addition to LTE, this small number can jump on T-Mobile’s 600MHz and 2.5GHz 5G frequencies. It costs $ 400.

New customers who transfer their number as existing ones who add a line can get a REVVL 4 or 4+ for free or a 5G for $ 200 if they buy a phone on a 24-month installment plan. Metro customers at T-Mobile can also start an account as a new line and receive the same promotional prices when verifying their ID. T-Mobile for business clients can redeem these deals for up to 12 lines.

Once again, this is all going live on September 4th.
