SypherPK Explains Why It’s Trading Fortnite For Warzone On The Stream

Popular streamer and content creator Ali ‘SypherPK’ Hassan has revealed that he will no longer focus on Fortnite full time and try his luck in Warzone.

As Fortnite’s battle royale mode exploded in popularity, various streamers were boosted on the Twitch, YouTuber, and other forms of social media charts. These include people like Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins, Turner ‘Tfue’ Tenney, and Ben ‘DrLupo’ Lupo.

Despite Epic Games’ Battle Royale still going strong, players have drifted away. Ninja, when flowing, splits time between Fortnite, Warzone, and Valorant, while Lupo can be found in Escape from Tarkov.

SypherPK had been one of the last Fortnite content creators, but it’s finally losing that label by making Call of Duty: Warzone its “primary focus.”

Sypher is one of the best YouTubers that keeps uploading Fortnite content.

On July 24, the popular streamer revealed that while it will continue to make Fortnite videos for YouTube and play the game, it will also expand its reach to other locations. Mainly with Warzone.

“I’ve been thinking about this a lot, but starting tomorrow my main focus on the broadcast will be Warzone.” Sypher he tweeted, confirming that Fortnite will still consider its content.

However, that will be “minimal” as the wait for the cars to launch continues.

Serpentine companions like Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff stepped in and praised Sypher for making the move that has proven so successful for them.

However, others flooded his responses and claimed that he might be making a mistake. However, some pointed to the fact that, at least content-wise, Fortnite is a bit dry right now and needs an injection of something new to keep content creators up and running.

Whether the move is right for Sypher remains to be seen, but he’s clearly not packing and turning his back on Fortnite forever.

Once Epic starts rolling out bigger updates than just the gradual map changes they’re currently focused on, Fortnite should see plenty of content creators like Sypher return.

However, it might be difficult to keep them close if they start to dabble elsewhere.
