Switch hardware sales reach 68.3 million, now Nintendo’s second best-selling home console ever

The Nintendo Switch has reached a total of 68.30 million hardware sales, officially surpassing NES to become Nintendo’s highest-selling home console ever.

The figure comes in Nintendo’s latest earnings report, which states that the console moved 12.53 million units in the six months between April and September 2020. The table below shows true Nintendo home console hardware sales up to September 2020.
