Zlatan Ibrahimovic will miss tonight’s game for the Europa League.
Milan now confirms that the Swede tested positive for the coronavirus.
“The player has been immediately quarantined,” the club writes on its website.
Milan will face Norway’s Bodö / Glimt in the Europa League qualifier tonight. But Zlatan Ibrahimovic does not come into play. Milan now claims that the 38-year-old man tested positive for COVID-19.
“Zlatan Ibrahimovic tested positive for Covid-19 after a second test before tonight’s game against Bodö / Glimt. The player has been immediately quarantined.” writes the club on its website.

Milan’s Leo Duarte tested positive on Wednesday. Yesterday, no other player had tested positive, but after another test, Ibrahimovics tested positive.
All the other players and leaders in Milan have tested negative.
