Better working conditions are required in healthcare

Working in the healthcare sector is difficult, especially now in these times when covid-19 is spreading among us. Additionally, many experience working poor work hours and low wages, which can eventually lead to sick leave in both physical and mental health.

Many health workers are looking for new jobs, this must be taken seriously by the municipalities and the region. They must get better at caring for employees before looking outside for medical care. What can make them stay?

Improvements can be made to the profession, such as the elimination of carpooling and the fact that everyone should be able to work full time if they wish. That people are beginning to realize that the profession is much more difficult than you think, and that they are beginning to realize that their salary is too small in relation to how much they work and care for our elders. What needs to happen to make a difference?
