British Jasmine Harrison, 21, arrived on the Caribbean island of Antigua on Saturday and later became the youngest woman to ever cross the Atlantic alone in a rowboat.

Harrison, an everyday swim teacher and bartender, started the 4,800-kilometer solo rowing on the Canary island of La Gomera 70 days, three hours and 48 minutes earlier.

She describes the achievement as a mix of good and bad memories, reports BBC News.

– There’s nothing like this, to really get away from it all: social media, bad news, literally everything, he says.

Rowing was not without its setbacks and just two days before his arrival, Harrison rolled over and injured his elbow. He says he slept and paddled alternately in two-hour shifts and that he was able to contact his mother every day thanks to a satellite phone.

When asked what he looked forward to most after landing, he replied:

– Food, definitely food.
