Xiaomi has faithfully launched its new flagship in several steps. After the Chinese launch, Europe launches and now we have finally been told when the units actually come here to Sweden.

Pre-ordering of the Mi 10 Pro and Mi 10 can be done starting April 17 and the price is set at SEK 10,000 for the Mi 10 with 8GB of working memory and 256GB of storage. The top Mi 10 Pro model also costs SEK 12,000 with 8GB of working memory and 256GB of internal storage. Then a broader sales start and probably a delivery for those who pre-ordered on April 24 for Mi 10 and April 30 for Mi 10 Pro.

Anyone who is used to the fact that Xiaomi represents a cheaper alternative to the major manufacturers will be disappointed with these price tags. Xiaomi itself has commented that the price is partly due to the chipmaker’s Qualcomm taking twice as much for the top Snapdragon 865 chipset with its separate but mandatory 5G chip, than what was taken by the predecessor Snapdragon 855.

108 megapixels

These two flagships have already been launched for European maturation during the MWC fair in Barcelona in late February, but have been delayed. Even before that, they were released in China and these are two phones that run on the top Snapdragon 865 chip, which means they have support for 5G and cameras are also the main number. It has about 108 megapixels and, therefore, also the possibility of shooting in 8K. The displays are high-resolution Amoled displays where the selfie camera is located in a hole in the upper left of the screen. The display also has the fingerprint sensor.

In addition, in Mi 10 we get a 4780 mAh battery and in Mi 10 Pro a slightly smaller 4500 mAh battery but in exchange a faster charge. Both phones also support wireless charging and reverse wireless charging so you can charge accessories directly from the phone.

The Mi 10 is launched in green and gray, while the Mi 10 Pro is available in gray or white.
