Shortly after 12 p.m. on Saturday, police received an alarm that a woman had fallen from a balcony in Frölunda. At present, it is unclear how the woman should have fallen.
– We need a little more circumstances. We have a lot to do before we know for sure if it fell, jumped or was pushed, says Thomas Fuxborg, press spokesman for the police in the West region.
A witness is said to have seen the woman fall at the same time a scream was heard, but it is currently unclear if anyone else was on the balcony.
Two more interrogations
Two people connected to the apartment have been picked up for questioning. One of the men is writing at the address. The deceased woman, on the other hand, is not written in the address.
The apartment is cordoned off for a technical investigation and the police are knocking on doors in the area.
The police have launched a preliminary investigation for murder or manslaughter.
– A preliminary investigation has been started under that title because we don’t really know the circumstances, says Thomas Fuxborg.
