In August last year, it was revealed that the middle-aged woman used hitting and kicking to raise her children. At some point a riding stick must have been used as shelter, and the children also witnessed their mother beat their father.
The family lived in visibly orderly conditions, but the abuses and rapes must have lasted periodically for several years, often based on trivial things.
The woman is convicted of aggravated battery and aggravated battery and must also pay damages to family members.
She denies wrongdoing and claims the children’s injuries occurred when they were fighting each other. A forensic psychiatric statement is among the evidence, but has been classified by the court.
