It was in October that the Court of Appeal announced that Tishko Ahmed, now 24, was sentenced to the murder of Wilma Andersson, 17, and violation of public order. The Court of Appeal sentenced the sentence of limited duration to 18 years in prison.
It is now clear, in documents from the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, that Ahmed will be placed in Tidaholmsanstalten, writes GT. This is the highest security class, class 1, since the authority considers that the risk of leakage is high.
The document further notes that there is a risk that Tishko Ahmed will use threats and violence and “commit other serious misdemeanors or other crimes,” GT writes.
It is also stated that the convicted murderer “wishes to be placed in a quiet ward”. Also, “he does not want to be placed in the Kumla institution.”
In addition, it is allowed, according to a decision on special conditions, not regular license, writes GT.
