Like cohabiting Frida Karlsson, who won the women’s 10 kilometer freestyle on Sunday, William Poromaa took revenge for a second place last Friday.

With a loud roar of victory finished 21.5 seconds ahead of runner-up Johan Häggström.

– This was completely incomparable. I’ve felt so damn strong. It means a lot to be able to show what you stand for, says William Poromaa to SVT.

“This was cruel proof that he is progressing,” continues Poromaa, who turns 20 in December.

The next weekend is waiting the premiere of the world cup in Ruka.

– Honestly, I haven’t thought about it. I hope there will be a lot of competitions this winter and I can compete as much as possible.

Halfvarsson Street, coming off a period of illness, opened slowly but finished third. However, a moment later, Axel Ekström pushed him into fourth place, which was just over five seconds faster.

It was even worse for Jens Burman, who finished seventh.

– He was tired and dumb, couldn’t bear to pull him. That was bad. I thought it would be better, Burman tells SVT.
