Will Power won race two at Indianapolis – Rosenqvist and Ericsson long after

Rosenqvist finished 11th in the race, second in two days at Indianapolis. With that, he was four places better than Ericsson, who after a failed qualifying could only move up one place to 15th.

“I could make a long list of why this turned into a horrible career, but I’ll save it,” Rosenqvist wrote on Instagram.

His teammate Ericsson had a similar experience.

“What a mess this became for us. I gave everything I had and the car felt good, but things didn’t turn out the way we wanted today, “he writes.

Will Power won the race

It was better, but even worse, for the Swedes’ teammate Scott Dixon. The New Zealander could have clinched the Indycar title this year, but his car was hit early in the race and Dixon had to fight to finish as the eighth driver.

Therefore, there will be a battle for the title until the mutiny. With one race remaining, on October 25 in St. Petersburg, Florida, Dixon leads the race series by 32 points ahead of Saturday’s four, Josef Newgarden. Dixon still has a good chance of winning, taking home the title if he is the worst ninth in the Florida career.

Saturday’s race was won by Australian Will Power, who led from start to finish for 75 laps.
