Alarms about the fire began reaching SOS shortly after 5 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon.
Soon after, a large plume of smoke from the site could be seen rising into the sky.
According to the rescue service, there is a fire in a house that is under construction. It must burn partly in the frame of the house itself and partly in the so-called cellular plastic.
– There has been a lot of smoke development, says Mathias Kapoc, alarm and control operator at the rescue service.
Images from the site show a villa seemingly overheated with powerful flames and black smoke.
Witness: people cry
According to police press spokesman Stefan Gustafsson, several people are registered at the home, but no one should have been at the scene when the fire broke out, according to police contact with the property owner.
According to witness Anahita Miran, who lives in the area, many people have had to evacuate their villages as the fire was so strong that there was a risk of it spreading.
– People are standing here crying and it’s burning to the brim. There are five fire trucks at the scene, in addition to the police and an ambulance, says Anahita Miran.
