It is the United States Department of Justice that filed a lawsuit against the search giant Google on Tuesday. Eleven states are also behind the lawsuit, through their state prosecutors.
Google, like the other tech giants Facebook, Apple and Amazon, has been under investigation for more than a year for exploiting its monopoly position in the market.
