Indiana, Kentucky, Oklahoma: Donald Trump
Donald Trump was announced as the winner in Oklahoma shortly after 2 a.m. by both CNN and AP. The president also wins Kentucky and Indiana, according to AP and CNN. None of the gains were unexpected. In Kentucky, Donald Trump wins eight voters, in Oklahoma seven voters and in Indiana 11.
Washington DC: Joe Biden, Massachusetts: Joe Biden
Both AP and CNN announced Joe Biden as the winner as soon as the polls closed at 02:00 Swedish time. Profits were expected, the capital almost always votes for the Democrats. Massachusetts gives Joe Biden 11 voters, Washington DC three.
Vermont: Joe Biden
Biden was quickly declared the winner in Vermont by the AP, at 01:01 Swedish time. Almost an hour later, CNN made the same assessment. Victory was expected in Vermont, home to Joe Biden’s opponent in the race for presidential candidate Bernie Sanders. Victory gives you three electors.
West Virginia: Donald Trump
As early as 1:31 am, Fox News, CNN and the AP had named Donald Trump the winner in West Virginia. The expected victory gives the president five electors.
