Two teenagers were shot at Länsmansgården in Gothenburg on Wednesday night, March 11 this year.

Witnesses said that at least seven shots were fired against a group of people.

A 16-year-old boy later died from his injuries.

It was Elias Sheik.

– Everyone knew him and liked him. He helped mothers carry things and looked after the children. He was very kind, his mother, Hiba Ismail, said earlier.

Two other young men have now been arrested in the investigation of Elias’s murder. They are suspected of aiding and inciting murder or aggravated firearm crime, GP writes.

The bicycles have previously been found in a warehouse, they have been used by suspected perpetrators after the shooting, writes GP.

– We know with great certainty that they were used by the perpetrators immediately after the murder and, of course, it is a task that contributes to the preliminary investigation in the future, the chamber prosecutor Linda Wiking previously told the newspaper.

Elias’s mother, Hiba Ismail, learned the information on Tuesday morning.

– I learned about this this morning from the police who contacted me that two people were suspects and would be taken for questioning, he says.

She believes that it is good that the investigation has led to two arrests.

– I cannot describe how good it feels that the investigation progresses after quite some time.

– I hope the investigation will give a good result in the end. I want to see my son’s murderer in the face and ask: Why did you do that?
