In the late afternoon of January 27, several police patrols were dispatched to Gamla Långebrogatan in Kristianstad after alarms about a series of heavy blows.
At the same time, a person shot with a private car arrived at the Central Hospital. The person worked as a security guard, but was not on duty during the shooting. His life could not be saved.
At the crime scene, the police secured leads in the form of, among other things, sleeves. At the same time, there was data indicating that several authors had been involved, leaving the site on foot.
Two men were arrested
On Tuesday, the police announced via their website that further progress had been made in the investigation of the murder. During the day, two people were arrested in Kristianstad, suspected of being involved in the shooting.
Initially, the men are reasonably suspected of murder and attempted murder.
“House Prosecutor Pernilla Tallinger is the preliminary investigator on the case, no further information will be released at this time,” police wrote on their website.
