The police patrol was alerted by an individual who saw the woman. When the police arrived at the apartment, the woman had already been helped to enter by the two men who are now suspected of a crime. They are in their 20s and 30s, respectively, and initially denied wrongdoing, the leader of the preliminary in-service investigation, Albin Fjällström, told TT.
– It is a patrol that the public warns about a woman hanging outside a balcony railing. The patrol enters the apartment and there are the two men who are now in custody. The woman is inside the apartment then, so they helped her up, she says.
The woman has received help to get to sheltered accommodation.
