Trump wants to fire TV reporter

As a television entertainer, Donald Trump fired people on the assembly line. Now as president, he is calling on Fox News television to fire its security policy reporter Jennifer Griffin.

The reason is that Griffin has followed up on the accusation that Trump called fallen American soldiers losers and “fools.”

That information was reproduced this week by The Atlantic magazine, which cites four anonymous sources.

Griffin has had two former government officials confirm that in November 2018 Trump did not want to honor the fallen Americans at the Aisne-Marne military cemetery outside Paris.

According to one of the officials, Trump used the word “fools” to defame the military, but in another context: the Vietnam War.

“It was a stupid war. The person who participated was a sheep’s head,” Trump is said to have said according to this source.

Without vain Trump faithfully spread his anger on Twitter: “Jennifer Griffin should be fired for this report.”

Otherwise, Fox News is friendly with Trump. But now several of Griffin’s colleagues have publicly defended her.
