Trump held an election rally in Florida: spoke about his immunity

The election campaign in the United States has entered its final intense sprint. For Trump, this means that more or less every day is reserved for election rallies or other events.

On Tuesday night Swedish time, President Trump held his first mass meeting since heart disease. The place was vital Florida. Specifically, the Sanford airport, on the outskirts of Orlando.

Before the speech, many wondered: How long will Trump be able to speak? The answer was exactly one hour, not far from the 80-90 minutes he usually sticks to.

Face masks; otherwise the message was the same

The speech began when Trump threw face masks at the audience, before beginning to speak. It was news about the coronavirus; otherwise, he went back to his old message about the pandemic: that he is more or less defeated in the US, and that there will soon be a safe vaccine to participate in.

“No other country in the world has recovered like us,” Trump said.

When the president sat on the plane to Florida, the message first came through: Trump tested negative for coronate. In addition, several days in a row, according to the doctor’s statement announced by Trump’s spokeswoman, Kayleigh McEnany.

– Now they say I’m immune. I feel so powerful. I can go straight to the audience and kiss everyone. He could kiss all the guys and all the beautiful women, everyone, Trump said of his recovery in the speech.

Aimed at Latin Americans

For the rest, the president stopped on issues that were directed to the large Latin American population of Florida: Cuba and other Latin American countries.

– Biden was a great lover of Castro. Obama gave the entire planet to Castro. We just received the Bay of Pigs award, Trump said.

Castro’s statement likely refers to the Obama administration’s efforts to restore US relations with Cuba. There is no Bay of Pigs award.

Trump has previously claimed that he received only that award, and fact-checkers have concluded that it possibly means that during the 2016 election campaign he received the support of an organization with veterans from the failed invasion of Pig Bay.

Then came another somewhat strange statement.

– Better vote for me, Puerto Rico. You better vote for me.

The problem with this is that Puerto Rico, which is not a state, cannot vote for any candidate because it does not have electoral votes.
