Lindsey Graham is a very high-ranking Republican, chair of the Senate Committee on Heavy Justice and has close ties to US President Donald Trump. But Graham is not ashamed to say that he thinks Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden could win the November 3 election.
“Everyone has a good chance of winning the White House,” he told his Democratic colleagues during a hearing Thursday by Coney Barrett, whom Trump nominated as the new judge in the nation’s highest court.
Graham received an immediate response from Democratic Sen. Amy Klobuchar.
“Thanks for acknowledging that,” he said.
– Yes, I think that’s true, Graham answered.
Trump is behind Biden in many opinion polls before the election, but managed in the surprising victory of 2016 to refute both the polls and the analysts.
