Anne-Elisabeth Hagen has soon disappeared for two years.
There have been no signs of life from her since the day she was last seen on October 31, 2018.
Her husband, Tom Hagen, is suspected of murder or complicity in the murder, but has always denied that he had anything to do with her disappearance.
In May, he was released after being detained for 10 days.
Now Nettavisen has found new information where the defendant Tom Hagen in an interrogation has described his wife to the police. The interrogation took place in February 2019, that is, before he was arrested.
Tom Hagen on his wife: “Lost enemies”
During interrogation, the billionaire speaks of Anne-Elisabeth Hagen in warm words. The online newspaper further writes that Tom Hagen portrays her as “social” and that she “enjoyed people.” She goes on to say that she “missed enemies” and was “popular.”
He has also explained to the police how he and Anne-Elisabeth Hagen met as teenagers when they were in the same circle of friends. It was also in their teens that they married in 1969.
During questioning, Tom Hagen further says that “it was fate” that brought them together. It describes marriage as a “destiny” and refers to something personal that you experienced together when I told myself.
Norwegian police continue to work intensively
The Norwegian police continue to work intensively on the case. Sometimes more resources are reserved based on the tasks that need to be performed.
Police still believe that the couple’s home in Lörenskog, east of Oslo, is the site of the alleged murder. Police recently finished work on the couple’s home.
Earlier this summer, Nettavisen was able to report, among other things, that the investigations consisted of:
Shoe print test.
Testing of different types of liquid.
Floor surveys.
Furthermore, Nettavisen was informed that the police would investigate the movements of Anne-Elisabeth Hagen’s phone, in addition to the new sound tests that were carried out inside the house.
