After working in the Elfsborg youth team and in 2018 also being involved in the A team, Tobias Linderoth is now taking a new step in his coaching career.

Skövde AIK announces on its website that Linderoth has signed a contract that runs through the 2022 season.

“Today it was clear that Tobias Linderoth will be our coach for 2021-2022. That we have been successful with this signing feels fantastic and we show once again that we are a club that wants to continue developing. We want to continue our journey and not think about development means that we stop, with that said we feel that our players have the right to a coach of the caliber of Tobias Linderoth, ”the association writes on its website.

They continued:

“We will be as good as we can, we will continue to take it step by step. Superettan is the vision of the club and it does not feel completely unreal, now can Ljungskile, Värnamo, Norrby, Varberg and more, so we in Skövde should have a realistic chance.” .

He played for several major clubs

The association also writes that they currently have seven players under contract and that work on recruiting more players is ongoing.

Tobias Linderoth’s career as a player included matches with Elfsborg, Everton, FC Copenhagen and Galatasaray.

Skövde’s next game at Ettan Södra will be played on Saturday against Oskarshamn and will be broadcast on SportExpressen Play. At the time of this writing, the team is in seventh place in the table.
