At 07:00, the police received an alarm about an assault in the Haga district of Norrköping. Then a man was shot in the eye after being shot with a green laser.

The police called an ambulance to the scene and the man was taken to hospital with pain in his eyes. The damage situation is difficult to assess, according to Åsa Willsund.
