There must be a fucking order during a pandemic

Morgan Johansson is not the only one who doubts and neglects

The buyback of Morgan Johansson, the illegal closure of libraries and the British plane that landed in Sweden despite the ban on landing.

The strangeness accumulates. There is no order. Hafs and oversights.

Morgan Johansson is Minister of Justice (S). Therefore, you must be aware of the importance of respecting the rules and regulations.

Despite that, he stood in line for a shopping center in Lund during the noon sale to buy overdue Christmas gifts for her parents.

What was Morgan Johansson thinking when he stood there? In any case, he cannot think of his boss, Prime Minister Stefan Löfven (S), nor of the director general of the Swedish Public Health Agency, Johan Carlson. Not even a week earlier, they had both announced at a very high-profile press conference, among other things, that there would be no sales at noon this year. The risk of spreading the infection was too great.

It is true that they were forced to back down statements, none of them have the competition to interfere in the price of the trade. But the core of the message was still clear. Avoid shopping malls, shop wisely, keep your distance.

Still, Morgan Johansson went shopping in Lund. What was I thinking? That he sits in the government, and therefore perhaps should heed his own advice? Probably not. That the recommendations apply to everyone except him? Maybe.

Johansson has acknowledged that It was “careless” of him. Löfven agrees.

I would say it is something much worse. That is to say, a sign and that it is not necessary to take the message of the government or the Public Health Agency really seriously. You have the right to create your own sour cream. Advice is something that is fashionable in the office, but not even ministers should take that seriously.

Once upon a time, Morgan Johansson was Minister of Public Health. It seems to have forgotten.

The British Airways plane that left the UK on the second day and then landed with its 33 passengers at Arlanda, despite an explicit landing ban for passenger traffic, from there is further proof of the mess – and excuse the choice of words – frivolity.

How could that happen? Something crystal clear the answers don’t seem to exist. The Swedish Transport Agency now states that all departures from Boris Johnson Island will now be checked manually so that it does not happen again.

Maybe that’s the only way out, I don’t know. But it’s hard to understand that a large, reputable airline like British Airways can’t keep track of where they are allowed to land, or not. Sweden is far from the only country to have introduced a landing ban for UK air passengers.

Finally this with the libraries. In the same press conference I mentioned earlier, it was also said that all state, municipal and regional activities that are not deemed necessary would be closed until January 23.

The first thing that caused great confusion was youth outdoor sports. I don’t think it’s really clear yet. But then it was the libraries’ turn.

All 11,000 libraries were to be closed. People wouldn’t sit there and huddle in front of computer screens or flock to the shelves.

But very soon, the general secretary of the Swedish Library Association, Karin Linder, raised her voice and pointed out that the decision was illegal. Under the Libraries Act, libraries are a community service and must be kept open and accessible to all.

Swedish radio might say that first contacted the government to ask questions about the crime. But that they were referred to the Public Health Agency, whose Legal Counsel said they had nothing to do with the decision, was a government problem.

In any case, the word library has been removed from the list of prohibited activities on websites with information about the decision. Therefore, it can be assumed that he is free to reopen the doors to libraries.

– I think it was pretty sloppy, I must say, Karin Linder said.

It is easy to agree. Example i This article is about carelessness, greed, disorder, and bad leadership. Where has the right Swedish official gone? Perhaps it has got lost in some hidden corner.

It makes a bad impression when members of the government themselves do not follow advice on the pandemic. This also applies when selling airline tickets for planes that are not allowed to land and planes that land despite the ban on landing. And that activities such as libraries are closed despite the lack of a legal basis. Trust erodes.

“There must be a fucking order at a party” said then-Left Party leader CH Hermansson.

This also applies during a pandemic. And even then his name is Morgan Johansson.
