Covid-19 outbreaks have been observed in various places, including at parties and workplaces.
The Public Health Agency adjusts the figures for the number of confirmed deaths with covid-19. A total of 5,883 people have died in Sweden, twelve fewer than in the previous list.
The number of confirmed infections with covid-19 is a total of 96,145 people.
The Swedish Public Health Agency notes that there have been covid-19 outbreaks in various regions at student parties, private parties, workplaces, and between athletes, especially within hockey teams.
– We have had contact with Finland and Norway who see similar patterns, so together we are looking at what makes you see more spread in hockey, says Public Health Agency state epidemiologist Anders Tegnell.
It involves distribution within the law, for example through changing rooms or replacement booths.
– There is very little evidence that it happens on ice, says Tegnell.
As of October 1, you are allowed to visit nursing homes in Sweden.
– I think it works well in many places, but we have received some contacts from relatives who wanted to visit, and where residents have wanted to receive them, they have been denied, says Iréne Nilsson Carlsson, public health adviser for the National Board of Health and Welfare , and continues :
