Sweden’s damaging season was supposed to start as early as three weeks, after being postponed due to the spread of the coronavirus. During Sunday night, those plans should have been scrapped, according to TT.
Tomas Hoszek, Secretary General of Elite Football (EFD), confirms that the series planned to start at the end of the month is no longer relevant.

So far, the Public Health Authority has not commented on whether senior football may resume in the near future. Expected decision
Sunday night’s decision looks as expected after the EFD earlier this week noted that the previous date was no longer realistic.
Currently, there is no new date set for when the damaged Swede can start again. During the week, a follow-up meeting will be held between the Public Health Authority and organizations involved in Swedish football, where plans for the league are expected to be clearer.
