Early one morning in September 2019, Henrik Olsson Lilja was on her way to work as a lawyer. He then encountered a gunman on the stairs and was shot in the chest. After a violent fight, “similar to a wrestling”, Henrik Olsson Lilja managed to save her life. The shooter fled.
Since then, the investigation has shown that the infamous thief and serial criminal Billy Rieloff carried out the attack.

September 2019: The drama with lead lawyer and Henrik Olsson Lilja turned into one of the biggest news events of 2019 when the lawyer was shot at his home on Kungsholmen in Stockholm. After a fierce battle, he managed to defend himself and the shooter fled. A woman, a former high-ranking lawyer who was in conflict with Henrik Olsson Lilja, was quickly requested to be detained, but she was released. The suspicions related to the instigation of the act.
April 2020: The lead lawyer was arrested and placed in preventive detention. This time it was about other suspicions: preparation and sealing for the murder of Henrik Olsson Lilja in the fall of 2018. Therefore, he must have tried to kill him even before the attack on the stairs in 2019, but the events of 2018 never led to an attack.
June 2020: The infamous thief Billy Rieloff was sentenced in June this year to 14 years in prison for carrying out the attack on the staircase. At the same time, the investigation continued against the main lawyer suspected of having hired Rieloff. In June, she was arrested on new suspicions: for inciting the 2019 assassination attempt.
October 2020: Just over a year after the shooting, charges are now being brought against the main lawyer suspected of being the spider on the web. At the same time, several designated colleagues are accused of having assisted her in the conspiracy in various ways. One of them was arrested in Malaga in June.
From day one, police and prosecutor Lucas Eriksson have suspected a woman behind the scenes was holding the strings. This is a former senior lawyer who has a documented history of conflict with Henrik Olsson Lilja.
The conflict had raged for several years and, shortly before the Kungsholmen shooting, the main lawyer had suffered a clear setback in the dispute.
In the more than a year that has passed since the attack, the investigation against the top lawyer has continued and since last summer she has been detained. She is now being prosecuted for, among other things, incitement to the assassination attempt. Lucas Eriksson’s indictment reads:
”(The main lawyer) in the spring of 2019 – September 6, 2019 in the Stockholm area commissioned NN and another to kill Henrik Olsson Lilja. During the same period, he has also provided NN and others with information about Henrik Olsson Lilja’s living conditions, routines and trading times. In this way, he has persuaded NN and others to try to kill Olsson Lilja as described below and also promoted the assassination attempt. “

At the next trial, the police scouts will testify that they saw the lead attorney pay for an alleged torpedo, with gold.
The lead attorney is also charged with preparing and sealing for the murder in 2018. Those suspicions refer to an assassination plot that was never carried out. Even then, Henrik Olsson Lilja was the target, according to the indictment. The course of events in which the lead attorney hands over the gold is captured on recognition film.
The evidence also includes excerpts from the secret chat service EncroChat, which was recently cracked down by French police and has assisted police in various countries in several major investigations.
The indictment also contains information about an additional plan for an attack, which was to take place in the spring of 2020.
The lead attorney denies any wrongdoing.
