The doctor about Trump’s covid-19: it is no longer contagious

The mystery surrounding President Trump’s health continues. There is probably no doubt that your condition has improved, and that in an adequate and rapid manner.

During Sunday night, the first statement came from Thursday from the president’s doctor, Sean Conley. There, the doctor writes that the president no longer poses a risk of infection to others.

But no details were released, and experts wonder what Conley based his statement on. They also warn that there is still a risk of setbacks.

– I don’t think he’s safe yet. Men your age and weight are at higher risk, infection doctor Krutika Kuppalli tells the New York Times.

“Steroids, which knock out certain parts of the immune system, can also make you more susceptible to other infections,” Kuppalli continues.

There is no such proof

And even though it’s been about ten days since Trump’s first symptoms, when most people are no longer contagious, patients with severe COVID-19, which Trump should have had, may need to isolate themselves for up to 20 days.

“Now, ten days since symptoms began, without fever for more than 24 hours and all symptoms improved, the general picture of diagnostic tests shows that there is no longer evidence of active multiplication of the virus,” writes the doctor.

But experts the New York Times has spoken to say there is no evidence that can definitively show that a person is no longer contagious. On Saturday Trump held an electoral rally at the White House and on Monday he will travel to Florida to meet with voters again.
