Wilma Andersson’s boyfriend was rushed to the hospital shortly after the prosecution was rushed to the hospital after being found uncontaminated.
He is now in custody and the trial is expected to take place as scheduled, beginning May 26.
In connection with the departure to the hospital, a note was found in which the boyfriend wrote that the murder will never be solved, according to information from GT.
The boyfriend has been detained for more than six months on suspicion of murder, which according to the accusation took place on November 14 of last year.
He refused to speak on interrogation.
For a long time in detention, he replied “without comment” in all interrogations. Just a month ago, however, he began answering questions from the police. Then he said that he and Wilma had quarreled, finished, and that she had left the apartment.
The groom has constantly denied the crime.
However, the prosecutor says that he killed Wilma and cut his body. Police found Wilma’s head in the groom’s apartment. It was packed in a bag along with, among other things, a stuffed animal.
– You forget that this is a girl that I have loved and that I have lived my life perfectly.
“If I had murdered my girl, I would not have saved her head,” said the man in questioning.
The body not found
The rest of the body has not been found and the prosecutor says the man removed the body in one or more unknown places.
Technical research has shown 14 fingerprints of the groom around the bag.
There is more evidence against the boyfriend who, according to the prosecutor, speaks because of him. Among other things, neighbors have testified that they heard screams from a woman in the department in question. Police technicians have also managed to secure home blood splatters and other technical tests.
The 23-year-old boyfriend is mainly accused of murder and serious assault. As an alternative, the prosecutor advocates serious abuse and causes the death of another. According to the indictment, he murdered Wilma through “repeated blatant violence” and / or “other violence that cannot be further specified.”
The defense attorney is critical.
The defense maintains that the prosecutor was unable to prove that Wilma was killed at all.
– What you can say about the investigation is that it is extensive but does not provide information on how he died. We do not know if someone has committed a crime against her or if it happened for other reasons. When a person is accused of murder, it is unusual for there to be no news of that case, her boyfriend’s defense attorney, Beatrice Rämsell, previously said.
GT has been in contact with prosecutor Jim Westerberg, who says he does not know the information. Defense attorney Beatrice Rämsell declined to comment.
