The criminal lawyer had a relationship with a 13-year younger gang offender.

As the police investigation against the 28-year-old and his gang grows, it appears that the lawyer has very close contact with his client. It is said that they began a relationship in the spring of 2020. Something that the woman later admits in questioning.
The 28-year-old is said to have traveled with the lawyer in her company’s luxurious Audi. According to the investigation, the weapons must also have been transported in Audin when the lawyer was in the car.
This meant that the lawyer himself was suspected of complicity in a felony with weapons and, therefore, also deprived of defense by the 28-year-old.

In further investigation, it becomes increasingly clear that the attorney and her client have had a love affair.
On the offender’s mobile, the police find several photographs of the lawyer. In one image she is only wearing a bikini and in another she is lying in the bathtub. The police also find photographs in which they pose together, as well as messages in which the offender calls the lawyer “dear.”
The lawyer initially denies having had an affair with the man. She does not want to answer any questions but refers to confidentiality due to the client relationship.
“I can not answer that”, is the recurring answer in the interrogations.
“I fell in love a lot”

Several other things come up in questioning with the attorney. Among other things, that the offender and his friends must have “had control” over the lawyer.
However, he cannot explain to the police what it would be.
The man must also have had access to his luxurious company car and credit card. In total, just over SEK 125,000 had to be withdrawn with the card, according to the preliminary investigation. Money that the criminal lawyer does not know what it was used for.
She was initially suspected of being an accessory to a serious crime, but when the prosecutor filed her lawsuit, she was not one of the defendants.

In all, courtroom prosecutor Joakim Johansson is prosecuting the 28-year-old man and five other men in the case. The charges include attempted murder, aggravated firearm felony in several cases, sealed for murder and drug offense.
