Tottenham star midfielder Dele Alli, 24, is said to have been subjected to a nasty burglary at his own home in North London, England.

The English newspaper Daily Mail reports that two robbers broke into the home of the English team player A on Wednesday night and threatened him with a knife. Alli should have been quarantined at his home with his brother, his two companions, and another friend.

Alli is said to have sustained minor face damage during the robbery, while the thieves were required to take jewelry and watches. According to the newspaper, the incident shook everyone.

The English police confirmed to the Daily Mail that “the police were called at around 00.35 in the morning on Wednesday 13 May, following reports of a robbery at a residential address in the Barnet.”

In addition, a police spokesperson tells the newspaper this:

– A 20-year-old male person at home suffered a minor facial injury after being attacked. It did not require hospital care.

Alli also commented later during the event on Wednesday night and then tweeted like this:

“Thanks for all the messages. Horrible experience, but we are all fine now. I appreciate the support,” he writes on Twitter.

The Premier League season is currently on hold as a result of the coronavirus outbreak. Alli, who came to Tottenham in the winter of 2015 from MK Dons, this season is listed for nine goals and five assists in 35 appearances.
