Steffi Graf will meet Michael Graf in court the day before Christmas Eve.
The 51-year-old German tennis legend wants to remain the tutor of his two-year-old younger brother.
At the end of the summer, he was arrested for threatening to kill a friend and wrecking a car.
It was on August 23 that Michael Graf was accused of threatening his friend and, among other things, smashing a car window with a hammer.

Michael Graf is divorced and the father of three daughters and one son. After the events, Sister Steffi Graf became his temporary guardian.
Now Steffi Graf wants the guardianship to be extended. While Michael Graf objects. Therefore, they will now meet in court, according to the German daily Bild.
At the same time, Michael Graf has an ongoing criminal case for “breaking into, damaging and sabotaging a motor vehicle”. The penalty is imprisonment for a maximum of one year and a fine of $ 2,000.
